MOST RECENT CLINICAL TRIAL PARTICIPATION

- Durable response therapy evaluation of new onset Type I Diabetes.

- Randomized, double-blind, two way, cross-over, bio-equivalence study of XXX and Taxotere in patients with locally advanced or metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer after Platinum therapy failure.

- Phase 2 four-week, multicenter, double blind, placebo-controlled parallel group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of XXX in subjects with Type II Diabetes with ascending dose safety and pharmacokinetic period.

- Phase 2 randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, multicenter study evaluating efficacy and safety of 2 doses of XXX in older patients with uncomplicated Influenza.

- Phase 3 clinical study for the treatment of Cold Sore.

- Phase 3 multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate cardiovascular outcomes following treatment with hypoglycemic agent, in addition to standard care in subjects with Type II Diabetes.

- Phase 3 randomized, double-blinded to evaluate the safety and efficacy of XXX in subjects with a recent Acute Coronary Syndrome.

- Phase 3 study designed to investigate the safety and efficacy of XXX in subjects with recurrent Herpes Labialis.

- Efficacy and safety of XXX as adjunctive therapy for refractory Partial Epilepsy Disorder in a double blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter trial.

- A randomized, double blinded, placebo controlled, multicenter trial to assess the efficacy and safety of Oxycodone/XXX, controlled released tablets compared to placebo in opioid experienced subjects with Severe Chronic Pain who require around the clock+ opioid therapy.

- Study of XXX and Acyclovir for the treatment of Herpes Simplex Labialis in immunocompromised patients.

- A randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, multicenter study of Probuphin in patients with Opioid Dependence.

- Double blinded, randomized, comparable-controlled study, to assess the safety, efficacy and pharmacodynamics of 2 doses and 2 durations of XXX injection administered intravenously in patients with complicated Urinary Tract Infections or Acute Pyelonephritis.

. A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, parallel group, active-controlled, forced-titration, 12-week comparison of XXX with XXX and Valsartan versus Enalapril on changes in central aortic stiffness in patients with Heart Failure and Reduced Ejection fraction: EVALUATE-HF.

. Multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of XXX for induction and maintenance therapy in subjects with Moderately to Severe Active Ulcerative Colitis.

. Phase 3 multicenter, open-label extension (OLE) study to evaluate the long-term safety of XXX in subjects with Ulcerative Colitis.

. Phase 4 prospective randomized 12-week controlled study of visual field change in subjects with Partial Seizures receiving XXX or placebo.

    Founder and principal investigator, Ramses Vega, MD PhD, specializing in Internal  and Emergency Medicine, has improved the lives of thousands of patients for almost 30 years.  Studied medicine in Puerto Rico and completed his training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. His foundation in research started early in his training and through his career as a physician. He  participated in research, while working  and teaching at Miami VA and University of Miami Hospital. Also, had  the privilege to work with George Einstein, in his research work. Dr. Vega is very passionate about research and teaching,
